Over the course of his career, Don has personally sold or helped to sell over $400 million in commercial properties and property portfolios.

Don holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio, TV, and Film from California State University of Long Beach, where he also completed numerous Business Marketing courses. His entry into commercial real estate began by working side by side with his father, who was in real estate for over 50 years, with 46 of those years specializing in Triple Net (NNN) Lease deals. His father was a pioneer in the field, and Don is grateful for the knowledge, mentorship, and opportunities he gained through that experience.

On a personal note, Don has been married to his incredible wife, Karrie, since 2011, and he is also a proud stepfather to his amazing stepson, Ryan. Karrie is an entrepreneur who mentors ADHD women in business, so both Don and Karrie have built careers that give them the flexibility to work from an office, home, or even while traveling—something they both love to do.

Don’s interests reflect his eclectic and creative nature. As his degree might suggest, he has a deep love for the arts, having produced a feature film and authored and self-published four books of poetry. One of Don and Karrie’s favorite pastimes is attending live music shows, and together they’ve seen over 200 concerts.

During the pandemic, Don took up walking as a way to focus on his health and began participating in races to raise money for various charities. Since 2020, he has completed over 115 races and raised tens of thousands of dollars for charitable causes, showing his dedication to leading by example and giving back to the community.
